  Had to have water softener replaced because other one was to old. Was given deal on used one. Had issues with water when installed. Softener not working properly. They came back made some adjustments and changes and took some samples to tests and said we'll get back to you. That was over a year ago. Never heard back from them and they never called to do service like they used to. Guess they don't need the business. Had culligan in today to do water tests and see about New softener. He looked at other softener and informed us it isn't working and hasn't been for some time. Maybe that explains why they never followed up.

  I have been ordering UV lights from the Water Guy for 3+ years. It's always a good experience. Al is very helpful. We are in the U.S. and are happy to order the light from Canada due to his helpful nature and the speed at which the product reaches us, every time. It's always packed very well too, and arrives in one piece.
